The Forwardly Assistant does not make decisions regarding your benefits, employment, legal rights, eligibility, or access to services. You remain solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information obtained through the Platform or the Forwardly Assistant.
The Forwardly Assistant processes only the text you enter into the chat for the purpose of generating an immediate response. It does not access your personal data, does not store or retain conversation history for model training, and does not use your data for targeted advertising or cross-site tracking.
You agree not to misuse the Forwardly Assistant, including by attempting to obtain legal, medical, diagnostic, or crisis-related advice. If you are in crisis or need emergency support, contact emergency services or appropriate professional resources.

Prohibited Uses: You agree not to use the Platform or Online Services to: (a) engage in any unlawful activity; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform; (d) copy, scrape, or extract content for commercial purposes; or (e) use the Platform in any manner that could harm, disable, or impair the Platform or its users.
Termination: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform or Online Services at any time if we determine that you have violated these Terms or if required by your employer.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forwardly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform or Online Services.
Entire Agreement: Except as specifically stated in any employer agreement, these Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Forwardly regarding your use of the Platform and Online Services.
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by, and construed and enforced in accordance with, the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms: We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective when posted on the Platform unless otherwise required by law. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
